Outdoor Dryland Training to build speed, agility and strength for your child to gain confidence for their sport.
Dryland Training is useful for any young athlete playing any sport where they use their body dynamically. Join us 2 days a week at Crescent Park (parking lot is off of 132nd ) These one hour sessions focus on athleticism, balance, flexibility, improved overall fitness, increase self-confidence in a welcoming and fun environment.
Program runs from July 5th to August 11th, 2022 Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm 12 sessions $252 8 sessions $185 4 sessions $118 Drop-in $30 All prices include GST.Etransfer email@example.com to make your payment and to register. This can be used as a drop-in program, meaning you can choose the dates and times that work best for your schedule. No need to pick your dates ahead of time. Buy the session package that works best for you and bring your child on the day that works best. Pre Payment required.
This is for athletes age group 8-12 years old. Sessions happen rain or shine unless we are having extreme weather and you will be notified if there's a change.
