Hey There, I'm Sue,
If you're here, you're most likely one of those people who does it all. You work hard, you take care of your family, you're being a good friend, you're involved in your community, you're trying to stay active, you do all the things; your life is full. But maybe you've realized you're not that happy with your life or your health. You're over-committed. I’m here to confirm that there is a way to change all that. To start small with simple changes that make a big difference over time. It may seem overwhelming to start making changes on your own. This is where I can help. |
"Do the things you know are good for you every day"
Bachelor in Human Kinetics

Sports were a huge part of my life growing up. They taught me that being active felt good. Running around, being with my friends was a must-have for me.
I remember being unwell as an adolescent even though I was so athletic. It wasn't until I realized it was the foods I was eating that were causing my body grief, that I made huge strides in my health. After I finished my Bachelor in Human Kinetics I wanted to learn more about Holistic Health and how nutrition plays a key role in being well. Becoming a Holistic Nutritionalist taught me the value of foods choices and how they significantly impact our body. Through Health Coaching I learned that our relationship with food is as important as the foods we eat. When you connect these three aspects of health: Fitness, Nutrition and your relationship to food that's what makes true change. Over the past 20+ years I've been helping people with their health and fitness goals. I've witnessed my clients do things they never thought they could do physically. I've seen their confidence grow, their energy increase and their attitudes towards health change. They look and feel better by becoming the best version of themselves and that excites me! |
"I learned that prioritizing my health totally changed my life."
