This online fitness class is a "bootcamp" style. High Intensity 45 minute HIIT workout for all levels. Come as you are, keep your camera ON or OFF, we don't care. We're just happy you showed up.
The only equipment you'll need are free weights.
Poundage is up to you.
You'll need a zoom link to join, that's it.
Classes are Tuesday and Thursday morning 6:15am to 7am PST in 6 week blocks.

If early mornings aren't your thing, I recorded option is available.
